What level of accuracy do you provide?+
The data we deliver is correct. Every value extracted by our AI pipeline is reviewed by a human ESG expert before delivery, so errors are caught before they reach your portfolio. You do not have to take our word for it: in the platform every datapoint carries an audit trail to the exact page and paragraph it came from, so any figure can be verified independently.
Can we request any custom datapoint?+
Yes. Our system is built to accommodate custom datapoints quickly. Tell us what you need and we will configure the extraction schema within days. Custom datapoints are priced per delivered datapoint and company, like everything else.
How is the data kept up to date?+
Our system continuously monitors for new disclosures. When a company publishes a new annual or sustainability report, our pipeline automatically processes and updates your data — typically within 24–48 hours of publication.
How does the API integration work?+
We provide a clean RESTful JSON API with full documentation. Your developers can query datapoints by company, metric or date range — and set up webhooks to receive automatic updates when new data is available. Full API documentation is available after onboarding.
Do you offer a free trial or sample dataset?+
Yes. We always provide a free sample dataset of your own portfolio before you commit to any plan. Book an onboarding call and we will prepare a sample extraction for your specific companies and datapoints so you can evaluate quality firsthand.
